To schedule an appointment, call his office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Please call the main office number for the location nearest you and a representative will gladly help you make an appointment.

In order to provide you with the highest quality and most appropriate treatment, Dr. Goldstein's staff will ask you a number of questions to determine your suitability for Dr. Goldstein's care.

To expedite setting up appointments please make sure that you have the following information available when you call our office:

• Date of injury/accident
• Insurance information/name of your carrier
• Is your injury work related?
• Referring doctor name and phone number
• Which body part needs evaluation
• Type of injury: work-related, sports-related, automobile accident, other
• Please hand carry to your appointment a CD copy of your MRIs or any imaging studies as well as reports of all imaging, previous treatment,  and testing.  Ask our office how you can upload your MRIs directly onto the NYU electronic record system.  We are NOT able to view your imaging studies on the portals of non NYU MRI facilities.
